Its renewal will depend on continued compliance.
Brazil’s Betting Boom Accelerates
Brazil’s betting framework, finalized in 2024 and refined this year, requires operators to localize servers, maintain a compliance reserve and pay a 12 % GGR tax plus contributions to social programs.
