The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA), the island’s gambling regulator, has taken two major companies off its public register of revoked licences: Small House B.V., the corporate entity behind the well-known crypto casino BC.GAME, and Rabidi N.V., another prominent Curaçao-licensed operator. The change has reignited debate over BC.GAME’s status and next steps under Curaçao’s evolving licensing regime.

BC.GAME, whose holding entity Small House B.V. had been shown as revoked on earlier versions of the register, has been a high-profile case for Curacao , not least due to its previous front-of-shirt deal with Premier League club Leicester City.

From Curacao to Anjouan and the “hostile environment” claim

In December 2024, BC.GAME pre-emptively surrendered its Curacao  licence the day before the regulator was due to rule on its status, saying the jurisdiction had become “an increasingly hostile environment for operators.” The self-revocation followed a November 12 bankruptcy ruling against related Curacao  entities amid player-claim litigation.

After exiting Curacao , BC.GAME began operating under an Anjouan licence. NEXT.io has reported that the Belize entity listed on that Anjouan approval Twocent Technology Limited was later said by Belize’s Financial Services Commission to “not exist,” according to correspondence seen by the outlet; BC.GAME’s own site continues to display Anjouan licence details.

Bankruptcy reversal talk and a parallel brand push

Industry sources recently told NEXT.io that the 2024 Curacao  bankruptcy could be reversed, and that BC.GAME might seek a pathway back to a Curacao  licence now under stricter rules and scrutiny. The removal of Small House B.V. from the CGA’s revoked list has only intensified that speculation, although no formal decision has been announced.

At the same time, a new crypto-casino brand has appeared at JB.com (“JB Casino”), offering a full casino and slots lobby. Industry chatter links the brand’s development to the operator behind BC.GAME, but no public ownership confirmation has been made; the site itself provides the only on-record signal of the brand’s launch.
