Crypto casino BC.GAME said it detected an exploit that netted the attacker $4,326,700 (~$4.33M) via a vulnerability in a third-party game integrated into its product. The company did not disclose the provider or the specific game, but it publicly posted the suspected hacker wallet address and labeled the funds “illegal proceeds” in its X statement.

BC.GAME also announced a $500,000 bounty for information that could help identify the attacker and support asset recovery efforts, calling for help from the broader community and on-chain investigators.

EyeOnChain says attacker burned $1.53M in a leveraged trade

On-chain monitor EyeOnChain claimed the same wallet quickly moved $1.7M USDC into a high-leverage crypto trade opening a large ETH short before the position went against the attacker and began cascading into liquidations. EyeOnChain said the wallet’s $1.7M stack shrank to roughly $171K, implying about $1.53M lost in under 20 hours.

Reports describing the incident tie that sequence exploit proceeds followed by aggressive derivatives trading to a pattern often seen after hacks: rapid attempts to multiply (or move) funds can leave clear on-chain footprints, but can also backfire quickly when markets move the wrong way.

What’s known so far and what BC.GAME isn’t naming

BC.GAME’s public message pinpoints the alleged root cause as a flaw in a third-party game integration, but it stops short of naming the vendor or title. The platform’s decision to publish the wallet address and put a large bounty behind it signals it believes attribution and tracking are feasible through on-chain activity and internal platform data.

At the same time, withholding the provider and game name is a typical move during an active incident response: it can reduce copycat attempts while a patch is deployed and the integration is audited.
