For Stake, this is an important extension of the already familiar transparency model. Previously, the platform separately explained Provably Fair on its Stake Originals, and now it is transferring the same principle of mathematical verification of results to a much wider pool of content inside the Stake Engine.

The Stake Engine Fair page says that all possible outcomes and their corresponding selection probabilities are now published in advance for games. It also states that a cryptographic function based on a user’s seed and an encrypted server value is used to calculate the total.
Stake has also long described the basic logic of this scheme as follows: the result is formed from hashed operator input and player input, and the model itself is based on the commitment scheme and cryptographic hashing. In other words, the operator records his part of the data in encrypted form in advance, and the player influences the result through his own seed.
After the round, the result can be rechecked manually
The Stake technical description states that the server seed is revealed after the chain is completed and can be used to verify rounds that have already been played. The platform also explains separately that the player can change the client seed, and the nonce increases with each new bet so that each result remains new, but at the same time verifiable.
In practice, this means that the user can compare the result of a particular round with a previously published hash and repeat the calculation on their own. For Stake, this is not just a new interface feature, but an attempt to make verifiable integrity the standard not only for its own original games, but also for the entire Stake Engine catalog.
